  • As each piece is an original and is handmade, I do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, please choose wisely upon purchasing. A refund will only be provided for Print orders if the request is made via email within 24 hours of purchasing.

  • All parcels sent are insured with the postal company. In the off occasion that your purchase arrives and has endured damage during shipping, please email me at hello@amylockwoodart.com. In your email, please include the following:

    • Order Number

    • Attached photos of the package prior to opening

    • Photos of the damage to your purchase

    From here I will get back to you as soon as possible and organise a solution.

  • Gently wipe over with a soft microfibre cloth to remove any dust. Please take extra care with textured paintings.

  • I offer International shipping. Find more information about shipping on my Shipping Page.

  • I will not be taking on any commission orders for 2024. If you are interested in purchasing an Original Artwork please join my newsletter list at the bottom of the page to be notified when a new collection is on the way.

  • I am currently working on developing a method of art education. Unfortunately I’m not able to share any further details at this stage, but please know something is in progress!
